After our initial Discovery meeting, we'll create a phase breakdown of the project's milestones and timeline with the coordinating schedule for updates and reviews. The typical frequency for updates is once a week during the strategy phase and once every two weeks during the design and development phase. What sets you apart from other web designers? Our typical payment plan is 40% upfront, 30% after the design phase, and the final 30% after we complete the website. However, if the project is complex, we can customize a payment plan that works best for everyone. Do you offer website hosting and domain registration services? Currently, we don't provide website hosting and domain registration services. However, we'll give you recommendations and walk you through acquiring these services. We will also set them up for you, so you don't need to know the technicalities of this process. How much input will I have in the design process? Your input in the design process is significant to us. We'll create a schedule and timeline for each phase and provide an opportunity for you to review and feedback. How do you handle feedback and revisions during the design process? We schedule feedback and revisions throughout the project's timeline to keep the design process efficient, usually at the end of each major phase. Doing so will allow us to make changes as we work towards our goal. Can you incorporate my existing branding into the website design? Yes. We will design your new website around your existing brand identity and guidelines to keep it consistent. We can also assist if you need a revamp or create a new brand identity or logo. Who will be my point of contact during the project? Earl manages the web projects from start to finish. However, if we need to assign a new project manager, we will let you know the changes and contact details of the new manager. Will my website be mobile-friendly? Yes, absolutely! Responsive and adaptive websites (mobile-friendly) are essential in making the website usable and accessible to most users. Do you design with user experience in mind? Yes, absolutely! We center every website we design around the user's experience and align them with your business goals. Doing so makes the design more intentional, making your website more effective in converting visitors into leads. How long will it take to complete my website? Many factors, like size and complexity, affect the time it takes to complete a website project. We measured two pieces of data: the results after the launch of the new website and the data after HULU's cooking competition show, Secret Chef, which featured Chef Leon. More users commented that they find it much easier to navigate the site, and their staff find it easier to update and manage the site content. There is a significant increase in online visibility, the number of people visiting the [website](https://www.varonadesigns.com/services/web-design-services), and service inquiries (leads). However, the biggest win was the signup rate at 68.5%, which ultimately led to almost doubling their profit in the first year. The studio is getting so many inquiries that they're expanding their space to accommodate more students, hiring more teachers, and reinvesting into the business to improve their offerings. The business' future is looking extra bright! 74.9 % ### First-year gross earnings increase The business saw an increase of 74.9% in gross earnings one year after the launch of its new website. The restaurant lunch services are also doing very well, generating over $3k daily for a small cottage restaurant that is only open a few hours a day. The goal of the design is to make it easier for users on all levels to navigate and use the site's many features. ### Strategy The primary strategy is to design the interface around the target user's experience. Since the platform contains several key features and functionalities, it's essential to effectively map out the user interaction to simplify the site. The user journey also maps the site for page design and development. ### Wireframes Designing the blueprint of the user interface allows us to structure how each feature and interaction will come together quickly.
